Aurifex Jewellers in-store workshop offers complete jewellery services from within our location. Non of our clients jewellery leaves the store for work to be complete. Your jewellery remains in our care for the duration of the service required. By having our workshop on premise, we offer fast turn-around times and some servicing can be complete same day.

Custom Work

Jewellery is an emotional decision as each piece is a reflection of who you are. Not all manufactured jewellery can capture your personality as having something made which was dreamed and inspired by you.

All our custom design consultations are conducted with our Master Goldsmith. He will assist and guide your design dreams into a draft drawing to help visualize your dream jewellery. Once the design is complete and approved, our Master Goldsmith will take your design and notes from the consultation and turn it into a dream come true. When you take possession of your finished jewellery, know you are the only person in the world with that design; jewellery as unique and beautiful as you.

Repairs

Our in-store workshop can handle all sorts of jewellery repairs. If it’s gold, platinum, or silver jewellery, we can service it. Visit our location with your jewellery requiring work and our Master Goldsmith will review with you in detail what needs to be done. Once you have approved the work and price, take confidence in knowing your jewellery is not being sent away for work, our Master Goldsmith will repair your jeweller as per his review.

Sizing

Jewellery materials like gold and diamonds never change or break-down. Unfortunately our bodies do and our jewellery requires adjustments to be worn again. Rings and chains can easily be adjusted to fit again, visit our store and we will measure the size you request and our in-store workshop completes the necessary adjustments.

Aurifex Jewellers offers free one-time sizing for all rings and chains purchased from our store. Custom work or something from our beautiful inventory, we sell to fit. We will adjust the jewellery to fit and ready to wear at no extra charge.
